FURABULOUS. FURXURIOUS. FURLICIOUS. NYFW Designers bring it.

I had this conversation not too long ago with several people governing the right and wrong of fur. You all know where I stand.  I like it. I will wear it.  I am not ashamed one bit.  As for my lovely partner who tried to teach me otherwise, talk to me again after you take off that amazing fur attachable hood from Bliss Lau loaned to us for the shoot tomorrow. Now for Fashion Week’s answer to fur thus far…….

From the shows I’ve seen there is a definite re-emergence of fur. Real fur, faux fur..mostly just a lot of fur. Fur collars, fur jackets, fur accents, fur hats, fur shoes. FUR for F/W2012!   It will be interesting to see if Bestey Johnson’s show on Monday finds a way to incorporate the fur trend.  Personally, I like fur.  I like it a lot. I will only take criticism from someone who doesn’t wear leather in any which way or form. Only then do you have the option to tell me about my wrongful, in your mind, love for fur.
