By Andrea Cansler
If the fall weather has your skin bewitched, bothered and bewildered, Roiel Cosmetics Marula Oil! Is the perfect potion to remedy vexed skin. Marula oil is quite a hot topic in the beauty world and it’s only gaining momentum.
Before I tried it, I was skeptical, after all- there are so many oils on the market, so what makes Roiel Marula oil so magical? A lot, actually!
First thing I noticed is how different it feels from other oils, it penetrates the skin quickly and leaves skin feeling dewy, but not at all greasy. This botanical oil provides skin with the perfect balance of hydration, contains amazingly high content of fatty acids and antioxidants (50% more than argan oil!), and it’s compatible for all skin types. In fact, men who experience irritation from shaving will see great soothing benefits. Former NFL player Michael Strahan, “When I shave now, I use an oil (Roiel Marula Oil) instead of shaving cream. Since I’ve been doing that, I don’t get ingrown hairs, my skin is great.” Use underneath your moisturizer to enhance the benefits and improve skin tone and texture.
In addition to being good for you, Roiel Marula oil good to the environment, and the people who harvest the oil. Marula oil is derived from the South-African Marula tree. It is organic, sustainable, and cold-pressed. There are no additives and it’s not tested on animals.
It is the oil from the Marula kernel that has come to give the Marula tree its healing status.
Co-founder Edva Sims, tells us “South African Pregnant women have been using the renowned oil for years to prevent stretch marks – I did when I was pregnant! I also use it to correct fine lines under the eyes. To do this, add a small drop of marula oil to your favorite concealer.” Roiel Cosmetics was born from the collaborative vision of artist and designer, Edva Sims and celebrity skincare expert and makeup artist, J’ai Lone.
Raised in South Africa, Edva knew about the wonders of Marula Oil and together with
Jai’s experience and knowledge for quality skincare products they have united their talents to create Roiel Cosmetics.
Personally, I’ve been using Roiel for the past month and it is now an indispensible part of my beauty regimen. Whether it’s just out of the shower to seal in the moisture, mixed with yogurt as a soothing hydrating mask, or as a quick remedy for dry cuticle. I’m hooked!
I asked J’ai for some additional uses and she was more than happy to give us some beauty “tricks and treats”
J’ai says “Before I do any makeup, I use a small amount of Roiel marula oil on a q-tip. Roll the q-tip back and forth on the lips, you’ll remove any dry skin, and hydrate and plump the lip at the same time. You will have a bee-stung look when you’re done: gorgeous by itself or a great lip primer!”
Thank you Edva & J’ai for bringing beauty magic into our world!
