Meeting celebrities in the smoking section is a strange situation. You don’t want to appear as if you know them and you definitely don’t want to look in shock when they treat you like a peer. When I first moved to Los Angeles you could smoke anywhere they served booze. It was shortly after they changed the rules. So pretty much anywhere could be considered a smoking section if it didn’t have a roof on it. Therefore, if you hung out under the stars to drink or smoke you met them…stars that is. ROBERT
