It’s the trend that has been rocked by the hottest celebrities of late before eventually making its way onto the Givenchy F/W ’15 runway and becoming a fully fledged fashion statement. But what do you guys make of the latest fash pack craze?
It goes without saying that Septum piercings are having a real moment right now and are only set to increase in popularity throughout the summer months. From the classy and subtle rings sported by Jessica Biel to the bold detailed septum pieces rocked by Rihanna, it’s clear that this jewellery of choice caters to all style preferences.
What originated as a beautiful Bollywood trend has since become the “cool kid must have”, featuring in numerous fashion spreads and popping up in street style posts the world over.
This year’s Coachella saw a lot of attendees rock the latest must have piercing which complimented the obligatory festival fashion to perfection. British singer and rumoured fiancé of Robert Pattinson FKA Twigs is one of the stars responsible for making the septum ring a must have, and she took to the stage at ‘chella sporting her signature nasal jewellery in an effortlessly cool manner.
With beautiful jewels available for those willing to brave the needle to delicate dupes for the faint hearted, the septum piercing is set to dominate this summer.
