Okay, so there is this disconnection between today’s youth and the classics. They tend to look off into the distance with a vacant look on their face when asked if they know who the Beatles are, have they ever seen a Cary Grant movie or do they have any idea who James Dean is? You would think that with Google at their fingertips they might try to educate themselves on why their favorite band sounds like the 60s and why they’re wearing combat boots and that biker jacket. Just saying. Either I’m getting really old, although James Dean was not my era either, or kids today are just plain stupid.
