Fendi mentioned liberation, and that was the spirit of a show presented on a fittingly curvy, pink upholstered runway..a curvy runway wasn’t the only surprise but Jill Kortleve and Paloma Elsesser became the first ever so-called “plus-size” models to walk a Fendi runway. Fendi also walked us literally down memory lane featuring a more mature looking Karen Elson, Liya Kebede, Carolyn Murphy, and Jacquetta Wheeler. We applaud Silvia Fendi for always surprising us yet still delivering the appreciated factors that define a premium line such as Fendi.
