Rodebjer Urban Flow

The “Sheer” city feel of it made my rainy day.  Silhouettes were long, lean yet non-restrictive. This flowy languid tone was echoed in the palette which moved through rustic earth tones to oceanic blues.  The monochromatic collage prints in sandwashed silk were designed by Rodebjer’s longtime friend, the artist Liselotte Watkins. The prints’ geometries, though soft, helped to provide the clothes with a sense of urbanity, one characteristic of Rodebjer’s oeuvre. For all its vacation-y ease, this was a city-dweller’s collection, after all.

Very pretty indeed.
