RONSON rocks again

Charlotte Ronson Fall/Winter 2015 written by Pauline Ma

Charlotte Ronson layered on some calming winter blues in her latest collection, which she unveiled yesterday during her presentation at Lincoln Center. For Fall/Winter 2015, the designer was inspired by the serenity of nature and an abstract setting. The result—a “city garden” collection full of flower-inspired hues and urban, navy tones in the form of dressed up, perfect-for-brunch sportswear.

Across the collection, lines are soft and clean, sometimes paired with bold granite and floral prints in ode to this idea of an urban garden. Through the seasons, we look forward to kicking back with Charlotte Ronson’s effortless, “just woke up and naturally pulled something stylish on” vibe – a feeling that was felt through the comfortable layering of cropped jackets, military style dresses, effortless turtlenecks, and cozy, oversized sweaters over relaxed trousers.

In 2011 Charlotte Ronson was inducted into the CFDA and launched the Charlotte Ronson Beauty line with Sephora and in 2012 Charlotte Ronson launched the Charlotte Ronson handbag collection with Artisan House.
