Erin Fetherston Fall/Winter 2015 written by Pauline Ma
Erin Fetherston unveiled a collection for Fall/Winter 2015 that proves that florals can work year round (and “anything can happen…” as implied by Ellie Goulding’s song of the same name, which was one of the soundtracks played to accompany the catwalk). This season showcased a variety of fabrics inspired by woodland fairies like organza, silk, and lace, while the silhouettes ranged in their construction from exuding classic charm (aka uber feminine and innocent flower child-esque dresses and flowing sleeves) to slightly tomboyish influence (we counted the multi-textured separates among our favorites due to the addition of lace and florals). The dewy, nature-kissed beauty look helped further accentuate the flirty but polished feel of this collection.
