A night at the FACTORY?

Jeremy Scott after coming off a seriously  successful Moschino Resort 2016 collaboration this summer showed his latest signature collection last night at NYFW.

Anyone who is familiar with Scott, knows the designer loves to push envelopes and rocks on the border of extreme. It’s what we come to expect from him. This season was no different.  In this Spring 2017 collection Scott once again showed us that fashion is a perception.  Albeit, in his case a rather absurd perception, but one that reflects both the past and the future.  I personally felt a little Andy Warholesque Factory coming from the collection mixed with  a flamboyant 80s punk trying to replicate the 60s mod gogo dancer / streetwalker  motif.  But that’s just me. You can be the judge.screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-26-52-amscreen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-26-39-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-25-53-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-25-41-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-25-31-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-25-23-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-25-10-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-24-57-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-24-43-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-24-31-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-24-25-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-24-18-am screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-10-24-12-am
